Getting Here

By Subway

We're a 5-minute walk from Museum Station (Line 1). Head south on Avenue Road, turn left on Bloor, then right on Bay.

By Car

Take the Gardiner Expressway to Bay Street exit. Head north on Bay - we're at the corner of Bay and Bloor.

By Bus

The 6 Bay bus stops right in front of our building. Can't miss it.

Practical Stuff You Should Know

Parking in downtown Toronto is what it is - expensive and tight. Here's what you need to know:

  • Building Parking: Underground visitor parking available. Entrance on Cumberland Street. Around $25 for 2 hours (yeah, we know).
  • Nearby Options: Village Parking at 101 Yorkville has better rates if you're staying longer.
  • Street Parking: Good luck, but there's metered parking on nearby streets if you're feeling lucky.
  • Validation: We'll validate your parking if you're meeting with us - just bring your ticket.
Honestly? Transit's usually easier unless you're coming from the suburbs.

We want to make sure everyone can access our services comfortably:

  • Wheelchair Access: Full wheelchair accessibility throughout the building and our suite.
  • Elevators: Modern elevators with audio announcements and Braille buttons.
  • Accessible Parking: Designated accessible parking spots in the underground garage.
  • Washrooms: Accessible washrooms on our floor.
  • Service Animals: Welcome in our office, no questions asked.
  • Assistive Listening: We have assistive listening devices available for meetings.

Need specific accommodations? Just let us know ahead of time and we'll make it happen.

First time visiting? Here's how it'll go:

  1. Check In: Head to the 18th floor. Reception's right when you exit the elevator. Let them know you're here.
  2. Wait Area: Comfortable seating with coffee, water, and wifi. Help yourself.
  3. Meeting: We'll come get you when we're ready. No stuffy conference rooms - our meeting spaces are actually comfortable.
  4. Documents: Bring any relevant documents if you've got them, but don't stress if you don't. We can get copies later.
  5. ID: Bring photo ID - we need it for our records (regulatory requirement, not our choice).

Plan for about an hour for initial consultations. We don't rush these things.

Can't make it to the office? No problem. We do video consultations all the time.

  • Platforms: We use Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet - whatever you're comfortable with.
  • Setup: We'll send you a link before the meeting. Click it at the scheduled time and you're good.
  • Documents: Email any documents beforehand or share your screen during the call.
  • Same Quality: Virtual meetings get the same attention and professionalism as in-person ones.

Most of our clients actually prefer video meetings these days. Saves time and you can join from anywhere.
